 Hello dosto aaj me aapko batane wale hua ki weight lose tips jise apka weight 1 month me aapka 10 kg se 15 weight less ho jayega.

Isaka ek main reason hota hai. Jab koi vyakti ke body me carbohydrates above jota hai. Jab uska weight bada jata hai. Ek or bhi reason hota blood ki kami joti hai to vyakti jaad mota Mota or jaad patal ho jata hai or oil things eat karne se bhi hota hai. 


















How to weight lose? Any reason.


Most important hai is aap khana khate kaise khate or kya hota or kis samay par khate hai.chale ab janate hai.

Aapka pahle hai ke breakfast me oil things na khaye apko fibar wale things ko eat kare such as roti, check pea,nut khaye such as peanut, apricot, coconut,  kismis,date khaye but  sugar tea not drink.



Aapka second hai ke aapko midday time curd , dal with roti, salad , fruits, green leaves vegetables fruits me apply,lichi,grapes, orange,kevi,papaya, dragon fruit ke alwa koi thing na khaye.
Saled me cucumber, tomato, cabbage, chukandar, bitter garden, carrot khaye.









Apko third kahe ke raat ko kya khana hai  dal ,roti, chawal ke sath koi green vegetable khaye ek glass milk drink jarur kare.






Ab ko bate hai ki aapko kya chij nahi khani hai sugar things,jang food,oily,banana, mango, non veget, honey nahi khana hai. But aap week me 1 se 2 bar boll eggs kha sakte hai.
Ghi bhi aap kha sakte hai.




Rojan subah empty stomach apko ek drink Pina hai  jeera ko raat me sone se pahle pani bhigo Dena hai. Subah use heat karna hai empty stomach drink karna hai.
